A Mechanical Engineering graduate of Texas A&M University, Mr. Meline has over twenty-five years of design and commissioning experience, ranging from small and large office buildings to utility plants to mission critical facilities. He has been managing projects for over twenty-four years and has been Principal for twenty years. |
