Recent Projects
Here are some of the projects for which we have recently completed Construction Documents phase:
- WFTV TV Broadcast Facility
An upgrade of an existing 50,000 square foot TV broadcast station to the latest state-of-the-art digital broadcast technology facility. The upgrade consisted of a new master control, production control, news room and technology room which was completed in the first quarter of 2006. Included in the project is an air-conditioning and controls upgrade to reduce energy usage by 50%.
- Paladin Consulting Lease at Triwest Plaza
The project consists of the tenant finish of a portion of the eleventh floor (approximately 9,535 square feet) at TriWest Plaza. The lease is typical commercial office spaces without special requirements for electrical and plumbing systems. The design of the lease utilizes existing base building mechanical systems, plumbing lines, domestic water supply locations, and electrical capacity available in the building electrical room. The lease utilizes a separate supplemental air conditioning unit to serve the server room.
- Offices at Forest Hills II
The project is a 11,300 sq. ft., single story, shell office building to be constructed in Arlington as Phase II of the development at the intersection of Ballpark Way and Green Oaks. The scope of the MEP systems for this building is similar to Phase I: main electrical service to a single exterior location, a house meter and panel for common electrical loads, main telephone service, main sanitary sewer service with a main “gut” line, domestic water and fire protection water service to the building, and exterior building lighting.
- First Baptist Church of Arlington
The project consists of the expansion of the main sanctuary lobby of First Baptist Church in Arlington, Texas. The expansion area is approximately 6,000 square feet.
- SBC VHO Data Center
Design of a new 5,000 square foot IPTV data center for AT&T with a 2N design. This project also consists of providing an Arc Flash Study for the new electrical components being added to the existing facility.
