Location:  Dallas, TX

A detailed 7x24 reliability study was performed on the existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to show the single points of failure and load capability of the facility.  The infrastructure upgreade included dual action EPO system, fire detection system upgrade, conversion of the critical electrical system to N+N distribution, addition of a 400 ton air cooled backup chiller, and new closed transition paralleling and transfer switchgear monitored and controlled by a SCADA system.
