The project included a 65,000 square foot TV broadcast and production facility.  The studio and news room are open to each other to enable camera shots into the news room.  Indirect lighting was used extensively to provide a low glare, high quality production and work environment.  Mechanical systems include redundant chillers and chilled water air handling units.  The HVAC systems were designed with acoustical treatment for critical noise areas and redundancy for technical operations areas.
