A two-phase project comprising of Carrell Clinic Center Phase I, which is a 110,000 square foot, five-story surgery center with 20,000 square foot dedicated to ten operating rooms and four procedure rooms and a Phase II, 140,000 square foot, six-story medical office building.  Phase I also includes imaging suites and physical therapy departments.
