Remington College

An existing two-story 25,000 square foot office building on the Remington College campus in Dallas was renovated into a culinary school. Classrooms were added on the second floor. The ground floor has five separate kitchens and a full service dining room. The second floor has seven classrooms, offices, library, and student and faculty lounges.

New rooftop air conditioning units, kitchen exhaust fans, kitchen hoods, and a new gas service were added. New electrical panels were added throughout and a new 2000 amp service and transformer were installed.
